MaKE. is the new salad bar brand in the Rhineland, which mixes up the lunch culture through quality, seasonality and digitalization. We strive to be an asset to the local community and to become the driving brand in the healthy fast casual market.
At MaKE. we combine the best ingredients of the season and use them to create a new menu for our guests four times a year - always fresh and reliably delicious. Our team washes, cleans, cuts, dices, spices and roasts whole vegetables, fruits and grains every day. Each dressing and sauce is homemade, without artificial additives and according to our own recipe. Quality, taste & sustainability are the drivers of our decisions. That is why we use our own deposit box system, eco-certified natural electricity, and deliver all orders with our own e-bike fleet.
